Schools that fall short of playing 13 games — which was established as the minimum number of games to qualify for the Tournament this season — can apply for a waiver between Feb. 8 and Feb. 26 to request championship eligibility, the announcement said. Waivers submitted afterwards will be considered only if a team requesting one has a game canceled in the days following that deadline.
Not just Notre Dame. That's progress!

Somewhere in the labyrinthine mish mash of words is the Catch 22: "UConn can not receive a waiver during a pandemic without the expressed written consent of Muffet McGraw".............
