I'm starting this thread with the idea that everybody post their favorite songs and memories of David Bowie who passed away two days ago much too soon

Wow, it is impossible for me to name just one. Bowie was the epitome of an artist bringing forth completely unique expressions of his vision as he moved through life.

I can't pick just one....he was the shape shifter of all time in terms of his music...so many great songs!! RIP, Ziggy (and the Thin White Duke)...

Wow! The Bowie/Bing clip got me.
We throw around the word 'artist', but as Ice noted, Bowie was an artist, who happened to sing.
There are so many favorites, but I do love his guitar work here:
