Minimal details, but the UConn police (an arm of the CT State police) arrested a stalker from far away on campus ... to "propose to Paige".

More details to be had out there. This psycho has been stalking her for over a year. Dumb judge is going to bail him, muttering about ankle bracelet and order, which just doesn't work as has been demonstrated many times.

Much to be said about commitment and not treatment for sick SOB's like this. He belongs in a padded room.
There are too many mentally ill on the streets as it is.
