A fun video, because it shows us how much astounding talent now exists in WCBB. We focus on the highly talented and superdeep UConn team, but there's a world of talent out there, and a fair amount of it is at South Carolina, Southern Cal, TX, ND, and UCLA.

Nice presentation. The usual suspects. The only issue I have is that he made a point of saying that Bueckers will play against weak competition. Just her. It's a fact that UConn's SOS is among the toughest in the country and yet some still, like this youtuber, perpetuate the lie.
The other possible disagreement I have is Bueckers out-scoring Hidalgo. For all that has been made of Bueckers shooting more, I see an overabundance of offensive talent around Bueckers and that most times one or two of them will be open with great looks. Fudd & Ziebell may both be better 3pt shooters than Bueckers. Strong may be "unproven" to some but I'm confident that she is the real deal and that she may end up leading the team in scoring. All of those players love to shoot and are efficient scorers.
I wonder if Bueckers' comment was her taking the pressure off her team mates.

I think it’s pretty clear this guy doesn’t have much respect for UCONN and probably very little understanding as to how they play etc. No way am I saying he “hates.” But here are several points
1--- UCONN is between 1-3 preseason polls and they are playing SoCar, ND, and SoCal. He has two players listed as A/A’s for SoCar and SoCal with ND 1 A/a and one H/M. Is UCONN going to lose all 3 games? If they beat even one of them, wouldn’t it stand to reason at least as a talking point that either / or both Azzi/Sarah would have had a big game too? Winning means a lot in head-to-head for these type of matchups.
2—Geno plays his best. He is not a “play your bench a ton” type of coach. This means He even said it in a recent video on here provided by the poster rocky. Thank you Rock! This means some stats for players like Azzi and Sarah will be very good.
3—In addition, if the team is healthy, the other OOC games and the Big East – UCONN will probably not lose more than once more (after whatever the results of SoSar, SoCal, and ND) leading into the Tourney and that is doubtful. SO the 2nd and 3rd best UCONN players are probably going to have some impressive stats while they continue to win.
4—On the flip-side he also has listed 2 A/a’s for UCLA, and 1 A/a and one H/M for LSU. The preseason has both teams ranked lower that UCONN. The reason is that the UCONN team is projected to be better. This is why I’m saying this guy doesn’t seem to really respect UCONN too much or he doesn’t understand how Geno coaches. If these teams have more losses it means more than likely their secondary player didn’t play as well.
5--- He’s hyped up this past years frosh class yet which freshman is he choosing to be an A/A this upcoming year?- Its Fournier. A kid that can’t shoot the ball beyond 6 feet from the basket and with her f/t shooting in which teams will foul her late is likely to crack the backboards than a f/t going through the net. So he is hyping the kid from Canada vs a the USA #1 recruit who has a super all-around game who is probably going to play quite a few minutes in which her efficiency will most likley be incredible along with her team winning a ton.
6—Lucy over Azzi? of course he could be thinking of injury but he had no problem mentioning the ND guard.
It’s not one point it’s the accumulation. If this were a pro football site I probably wouldn’t have been so nice. And I’ll just add one point in regard to Fournier vs Sarah. Sarah is a better basketball player. Sarah is playing with superior teammates. Sarah has a better coach. Sarah will be an All-American or at worst Honorable Mention unless Geno’s assessment from a year ago was accurate when he said Jana would havae been the #1 rated recruit (vs players like Juju, Hidalgo/Booker). What that would mean is that neither Jana nor Sarah would stand out statistically their frosh year on a National Level vs others getting big stats.
