The offer was out there a while ago, long before Sarah announced UConn is in her final 3, here:

Safe to say some UConn players may be hitting the portal. I am pretty sure of one, but we may see some surprises, especially with the expected return of the wounded. It would break my heart to see any of the players leave, but they need to do what they think is best for themselves.
