If anyone gets a chance, they should go. Arizona has a couple remarkable players - and with only 7 players, they are guaranteed to play.
- Helena Pueyo - really an all everything, has played up to 55 minutes in a triple overtime game, reluctant shooter, superb defender, All PAC and All PAC defensive. Last game when Arizona season ends.
- Jada Williams - freshman, she is going to be a star. Probably not first team AA (duh), but really, really good. Had a NIL for half a million in high school, apparently. Really played outstanding and the future is only up.
Of the rest, Martinez (5th year as well) is the heart of the team; Skyler Jones is another very promising freshman as is Breya Cunningham, although she is still foul prone and doesn't always go to the right position. And Courtney Blakely, who came through the portal is fast. I mean really fast.
And yes, Arizona typically is starting 2 5th year and 3 freshmen, with the supposed best, Montaya Dew out for the season. I don't know what the future holds, but this team has enormous potential going forward. The players have already announced they are staying so it is at least promising.

Unfortunately, someone scheduled a meeting for 7PM tomorrow, but I'm trying to deicde what to do, and an suprised I've seen nothing about tickets. I even checked the AZ site.

Probably walk up sales, and if I had to guess it would be open seating. Just a guess, though.

Megan Gauer in Her Hoops Stats makes this an "upset watch" If Arizona wins the play-in game, I like them over Syracuse in the Storrs subregional. The Wildcats have played No. 1 Southern California close twice in the past three weeks and are battle-tested from Pac-12 play. The Her Hoop Stats model favors them over the Orange on a neutral court. If Auburn advances this is also a 50-50 game, but with Syracuse losing three of its last four, the Tigers could be a solid pick.

I figured out the problem (but not the solution) . Emails from UConn athletic show up but not in my inbox. I need to research how to access them other than the "all mail" option, but I did find the email and I ordered a couple tickets for the game.
Anyone else going? I'll be in section 119 row E

I'm surprised and disappointed how hard it is to get tickets for this game
