As someone who wears hearing aids, and would be lost without them, I appreciate this inclusive effort a LOT!.

UConn has included ASL in their Communication degree program for many years. They also offer a four year graduate program leading to a Doctorate in Audiology (AU.D).
My wife wears hearing aids. Her hearing aids are controlled by her phone. I suspect that she turns down the volume whenever she gets tired of listening to me.
