The best in terms of ranked teams is #2 (for now) Maryland vs #7 Stanford. Go Trees! 3:00. No tv by the looks of it, unless it is on FloHoops.

Maryland getting hammered by Stanford 38-24!! Their point guard fullback Ashley Owusu just got T'd up for complaining after she was called for a charge!! Owusu barrels through people and often gets away with it, but not today!!!  Now she has 4 fouls before halftime!! She had 2 fouls, then got whistled for the charge; and then she got whistled again for a nice big T!!!!!! |

While I watched the game I realized that Maryland's defense was having a normal game but that I never noticed it because the offense just kept scoring. It's clear that MD goes as far as their offense takes them but as we see in the NCAA's they have off nights when they could lose to inferior teams only because they play little defense.
We'll have to see them after they get their missing pieces back.
