Princeton takes on Rhode Island in a few minutes.
Both teams are undefeated. Rhode Island typically isn't a top-tier team, but they are ranked 61
Massey right now (obviously still early) and Massey has this as a one point game being played in Rhode Island

Berube's Princeton in a low scoring dogfight. They are trailing 38-35 early in the 4th. Terrible outside shooting (18%) and FT misses (43%) are probably going to cost Princeton the game.

Princeton loses, ending the nations longest active winning streak (D1) at 25 games. Who would've guessed that Rhode Island would end such a streak.
That leaves Cleveland State as the holder of the D1 active winning streak, tied with Massachusetts and Penn at six games.

Don't sleep on URI. They're going to make the tournament. New coach, Tammy Reis, was A10 COY last season and they're better this season. No threat to get into top 10, but they have legit designs on a shot at the bottom of the rankings. |
