Can we review how to watch UConn on TV if we're not in the tri-state SKY area? I've been thrown a bit, because, having signed up for a year of Hulu regular, it seems I can't upgrade to Hulu TV which I used last year. So, we're trying to get SKY through Fox Now. Is that right? And there are 3 providers, all costing the same (65/month): YouTube, Hulu, and Fubo. www.groundedreason.com/how-to-watch-the-mets-on-sny-without-cable/Is that right? But what about the games on Flohoops? How do we get them? Day passes?

Right and some, like me, don't have cable or TV, just laptops. I had Sling a couple of years ago, but the reception was ridiculously bad. From what I've been able to tell, what you need is Fox, but which Fox?

When I type my zip into Hulu, all I get Foxwise is the local Fox.

I've cut the cord. No cable whatsoever. Bought a fire cube. Subscribed to a VPN ($30.00 a year), subscribed to an IPTV provider ($3.00 a month) and subscribed to Tivimate ($30.00 a year). My IPTV has over 4,500 channels. 240 of them are US local channels from 49 states. I don't know why, but no New Jersey channels. As such I get every NFL game. All sports channels, including SNY, NESN, Yes and NCAA football and basketball games. Tivimate is my EPG (electronic program guide), which allows me to record all of the games. I don't miss cable whatsoever.
TWG236, after reading ALL of the responses to the OP’s query, it appears that you have the best and least expensive solution to his (or anyone else) inability to get SNY programs.
I have DirecTV, and have access to SNY for an additional fee. I pay $192.00 a month (not including the sports package), and I don’t get the number of stations you do, nor all of the sports channels you do.
I like the fact that you can also record all games for later viewing. I certainly appears that your set up is the model for the avid sports fan, and UConn fans specifically outside of the SNY viewing area. Thanks.

I got the above quotation from OY. What do you think about this guy's solution. Why is a fire cube necessary?

If so, get the game on foxsports.com, which will require you to sign in to Hulu to prove access. There's also a fox sports app, but that offered no advantages over the website, and was harder to login through my TV provider. If you don't have Fox Sports TV ... I think you're SOL.

I am SOL. It's really stupid that I'm stuck in one subscription and they won't let me pay more for another. So, I'll get it through YouTube, even though I'm paying a bit more by having both. But the delta is maybe the same as a couple of rolls of film/month through March. And I shoot less film in the short days of winter anyway.

Just check it out there. And if you want to go the VPN route, there's another fix. Sign in through the UK and you can pay directly to get SNY even if you live outside the 3 states. I don't want to use the university's VPN (seems like I shouldn't), and paying for a separate VPN isn't a lot cheaper than just getting YouTube, which is ultimately easier. Doing what this person's doing is great for those born after 1985 or so, or having their kids living at home.

YouTube does not have SNY, but I think that is local to my area. It looks like I'm going to have limited viewing. I hope I discovery FoxSports is sharing the SNY games, but I doubt it.

Last year it was Fox Now that carried the game that I suppose SNY originally was televising. It was inferior to SNY even though it was the feed, but it was all we had.

But Bulkey, everyone is saying that YouTube no longer has SNY. I am going to work on this again later this AM, but I'm probably DOOOOOMED.

SNY asked our favorite archive to remove SNY games and not put more up. I did see some games show up on YouTube, but others did not. With Fox deleting the games immediately, I worry that missing the live broadcast may mean I miss the game entirely. In region, SNY often offers a replay, but that's not available to those of us on the outside. I have seen no way to record the stream, either.

I'm not 100% confident that YouTube Is carrying Fox Now. I can sign up for 7 days free, so no sweat, but here's the listing for today. Does anyone know for sure that YouTube will be carrying it? I'm thinking I need to cancel my Hulu subscription and resubscribe and take the hit. Attachments:

I looked on the FoxNow app and the game is DEFINITELY on there at 1:00.
So, the only question is: how to get FoxNow.I'm trying to cancel Hulu and resubscribe to Hulu TV but no luck.

I'm thinking I need to cancel my Hulu subscription and resubscribe and take the hit. YouTube does have the Fox Channels and, if you have a 'smart tv', you can add the "Fox Now" stream / ap! I'm not certain if you'll need to authenticate it or not, but our game today is listed on their schedule. No SNY pregame; however, but you will see the game @ 1 PM. This from UConn: "STREAMING UConn's SNY games will be available to stream in-market (CT, NY, NJ, PA) to authenticated subscribers via the NBC Sports app: stream.nbcsports.com/rsn/sny. Out-of-market fans will be able to stream UConn's SNY games at no additional cost to authenticated subscribers who have FOX as part of their television package. Users will need to sign in with their TV provider credentials at www.foxsports.com/ or in the FOX Sports app. The games can also be accessed at www.fox.com/sports or in the FOX Now app. RADIO UConn's game vs. Arkansas will be available on 97-9 ESPN and can be steamed through the Varsity Network." uconnhuskies.com/news/2021/11/13/womens-basketball-no-2-huskies-to-host-arkansas-in-season-opener-sunday.aspx

YouTube TV has the Fox Channels and you will likely just need to 'authenticate' that on your smart tv or device to receive the channel! BTW.....My smart tv is way smarter than me and he's a tyrant! Told me he'd block al UConn WCBB Games unless I made him a Fluffer Nutter Hoagie.......

WOW, I'm gonna try it. Is there a special deal that I should sign up for? I already have YouTube premium...for my teaching.
