It will take a major upset or major injuries to keep South Carolina UConn and Stanford out of the final four. It will take an ordinary upset of which there have been many to keep Maryland out of the final four. Several options for the fourth number one seed should Maryland as usual stumble.

Naz Hillmon Is a worthy contender but NaLyssa Smith is very impressive. If Mulkey had not moved to LSU, I picked Smith hands down. I honestly don't know whether Smith will fall off without Mulkey around or stay playing as well as she did last year. I still go with Smith.
