He's seen it all, learned to handle it all. He'll bring them all along while they all see for themselves why they do or do not deserve the minutes. Natural consequences is the very best teacher.

I just hope the younger players who don't get the minutes will take the "I'll show him attitude" instead of getting discouraged. They will get their chance, they just have to be ready to do something with it when they do.
