I think this team is cursed. Tyler P was showing promise, then went out with a knee injury. This week a bunch of players and coaches test positive for COVID and are out. Today Steve K apparently had an injury and tried to play through it.
After the last two weeks of playing somewhat inspired and getting to the last seconds with a chance to win, today they played with little to no emotion.
On paper this was probably one of their best chances for a win this year. Yale next week is probably their last chance this season.
It is painful to watch.

Chappy, I have to agree. Yesterday was downright sickening. It was not the same team we saw last weekend or the weekend before that. At least we have basketball coming up. Anticipation of that is Grand!

UC Football used to be a hot topic at work on Mondays. Now we just ask our season ticket holders how the tailgating was.

Winning feeds on itself, but so does losing and maybe more so.

Winning feeds on itself, but so does losing and maybe more so. Absolutely. But if it is any comfort, my Arizona Wildcats not only have the longest losing streak (thank you (not) for allowing UMass to end theirs) but there was an honest prediction of a possible 0-fer season this year. Especially with our best option at quarterback out for the rest of the season after being injured Saturday. We do have a new coach and there are encouraging signs. But it may take till next season to start seeing it.
