Laugh as you will, Ryder Cup is must-see TV for me (and I would bet for DD, too...). Hey, you may have noticed that the season doesn't start for more than 6 weeks. I need to watch SOMETHING besides UCWBB reruns.

I need to watch SOMETHING besides UCWBB reruns. I never played golf (I gave it up after 2 lessons), but I have to say that the pre-"I'm going to hit you over the head with one of your clubs, you dirty cheater" Tiger was well worth watching. I just can't get into the culture of the game anymore. Ditto tennis since some idiot invented the composite racket. I admire you for your enthusiasm. I find myself watching college football and feeling guilty for it. |

I need to watch SOMETHING besides UCWBB reruns. I love watching golf. It's the football game atmosphere and the rabid nationalism that I dislike. Cheering errant shots has no place in golf. Something to watch: Youtube: the FIBA 2019 U19 final between the US and Aus. Probably the best age group game I've ever seen. Loaded with current college stars. If you like watching Bueckers watch any game that Hopkins played Wayzata. Lots of top 50 recruits on Hopkins. |

I need to watch SOMETHING besides UCWBB reruns. .I also enjoy watching the game. I played for nearly 60 years until old age and infirmaries force me to quit. It's the best 1V1 sport. I think the current behavior (sometimes even rude) of the galleries is a pretty good measure of where we are as a society. |
