The AD is too important to read the damn report?! He got briefed. A way of insulating him as the way this statement insulates the U itself. They hired an outside entity to accept student written complaints to keep them handy in case anyone wants to read them? Its all the usual BS.

The AD is sweeping it under some beautiful Berber carpet.................................  !! That's what they do!!!  Notice he gave no specifics as to the numbers of happy and unhappy players / former players? Once I read that, I knew fresh Berber carpet was being laid!!!! I prefer the AD getting tossed out on his a$$ sans $$$$ and ceramic tile instead of carpet................. |

They removed two administrators a couple of months ago (my bet moved elsewhere) so thinking more heads will roll may be wishful thinking.

Obviously there was a problem in Syracuse. On the other hand I deplore this sort of stuff - "Contracting with Real Response, a real time anonymous reporting platform for student-athletes where they can anonymously report any issues about their experiences. Real Response, provides a centralized documentation repository that will help the Athletics Department identify and respond to these issues quickly."

"Real Response" only works if the Athletics Department actually gives a shitte, which considering who's out and who's still there (AD?, Interim Coach?) makes doubt more than reasonable. |
