It's a sobering thought that Caitlin Clark is still eligible for U-19. wow.... Paige turns 20 in 3 months.

It's a sobering thought that Caitlin Clark is still eligible for U-19. wow.... Paige turns 20 in 3 months. Sobering? Paige missed the age by less than 3 months. And maybe a blessing in this our 2nd COVID summer. She had her ankle fixed instead. World University games should be rolling around soon and I'm hoping UConn gets picked like Tenn was a few years ago.

I thought U-19 meant UNDER 19, but Caitlin was born on Jan 22, 2002, so she is now well over 19. Paige was born Oct. 20, 2001. Obviously, you have to be under 19 on Jan. 1 of the year of competition, not under 19 during the competition. thanks, linkster. I feel so much better now.
