At A Time When The NCAA Needed Decisive

When I read his proposal for decentralization it was clear that the NCAA (and it's member schools) sees lawsuits and bankruptcy if they continue on the same path. Sounds to me like the NCAA lawyers (who were paid $69 million last year) think that this is the best path. No one at the level of Emmert does anything without hashing out all the possibilities with his legal advisors, and for $69 mil those lawyers should shine his shoes too.
