I'd be very surprised if he's retained as their coach much longer, but the investigation will take time? 30 former players citing concerns and 10+ transfers out aren't proof of a problem; but they certainly indicate something is amiss...................... There's no telling how this has possibly impacted former players and the program will surely decline, but we'll see?? Here's a recent Syracuse decommitment:

When it comes to issues relating to or approximating sexual harassment, there are two (among many) difficulties for an administration. First, of course, is whether to retain the employee. But second, once a report has been filed and the administration has been alerted, if you don't fire the employee and something bad subsequently happens, you look as if you knew but didn't act. Bigger lawsuits and your own firing may well follow....So, keeping the employee involves a great deal of subsequent scrutiny and boundary setting. And that presents its own set of problems....

Best option is to "come to a mutual agreement to part ways". In other words, tell employee they have the choice of leaving quietly with minimal blow back for both parties, or leave ugly. Either way, said employee should know it is unlikely the employment will continue.
If it were just one player/former player raising accusations it would be a different story. But when you have 30 raising their voices...that is some pretty heavy smoke for there not to be a flicker of fire somewhere.

I would bet that Q has his lawyer working on a potential separation/compensation agreement right now. Q will spin it that, since he no longer seems to have the support of his university, he's resigning to take some time off "to be with his family."

Not so sure his family wants him, but ... your prediction may be accurate.

In other words it isn't "almost 30" piling on.
