I've always thought that Parker was not on the '16 team due to her attitude, not her bball aptitude. Nneka's injury and EDD's medical status are the obvious reasons why they are not on the team. Since Staley is coach the pundits shouldn't be blaming Geno. Even if he is one the committee. Staley put together the best TEAM from those healthy and available. There were rumblings that Candace Parker was not selected in 2016 because of her poor attitude during the 2012 Olympics?? Good riddance!! |

I hope they don't start to keep UCONN players off because of all the complaining. We need to add more UConn Players to annoy the trolls even more and to keep Lady Vol Nation angry!!!  |

Tina is a strong MVP candidate in the W. Phee is outstanding and crazy versatile, too. D and Sue are legends, and still elite even after all these years. Leaving any of them off would be silly. |

From Volnation - “ Absolutely. Sue Bird is still playing pretty well but at 40, it is definitely time to make the transition to new blood. DT is not even playing right now so here situation should have been a no-brainer to move in a new direction.”.
Can someone post there that Diana just score her 9000th point today and had 25 points.

I got tossed from the other Vol board for suggesting that evangelical Christianity might make some secular-minded recruits uncomfortable. |
