Happy Easter to all
It's warm enough, we got to shoot 20 minutes of hoops
And now my wife is cooking (re-engineered from our local, W. Village Spanish restaurant)
a fav dish, probably not really Spanish...like Egg Foo Yong isn't Chinese...Spanish-American
Mariscada with egg sauce...Shrimp, fish, Clams, Scallops in a white sauce that I can't find
in any of my Spanish cookbooks, but fun and delish, nevertheless.
With a good bottle of Chardonnay of course
