I love that response to Carrington's tweet. And even better, one of the screen shots is Carrington herself pulling on Paige's jersey.
Players and fans get tunnel vision when their team loses. They focus on just one thing that they perceive was unfair to them and lead to the loss. And then they obsess over it.
At some point I will re-watch this game and try to pay close attention to the number of missed calls both ways. The bottom line is that Baylor had 40 minutes to make sure they didn't put themselves in the position of leaving it up to the refs. UConn too, for that matter. Neither team could get that kind of separation and maintain it. So it came down to whether the refs would call a foul or not. Could have easily turned out the other way and I am sure we would be complaining today.
