I need to give this some thought. But putting the thread out here for everyone else to start putting in their predictions.

I am hoping it is not needed, but if that is how we get the win, I will take it.

77-74 Uconn.
A cliff-hanger. Uconn 77-74. With a last second 3 pointer by Baylor banging off the rim.

74-63 I would prefer a wire-to-wire blow out, but I think the game turns our way in the final quarter, after a close battle from then. More than any game remaining or possible in this tourney, the referees may be the biggest factors. If the calls are fair and not too multitudinous, I think this will be our game. If either side has significantly more foul trouble with their bigs, then the other side may burst ahead to stay. I think Baylor commits more fouls up front. If the stripes call that, then things should go our way. If they ignore Bear transgressions or go out of their way to make their calls even between the teams, that will stink. I'm okay with a missed call or two, as long as the benefits/punishments balance out.
Our bench is better, too. Analytically, I think the spread is bigger, but this is what came to my head.

I am going to go with UConn 82 Baylor 79 In one overtime. I like it. This is like calling the double bank-shot. Over the catwalk, off the scoreboard, one bounce, ... Nothing but net

UConn 90 Baylor 75 In regulation whoa! I think this earns you enough credit to go right to a 7-star Jonathan!

I agree with this analysis, but I dare not make it myself. I'm hiding behind swash!

Vinnie Johnson - 68 John Gwynn - 72 Gotta give the score win to Justinesguy. Though I have no idea who those men are since I don't follow men's basketball. Might need to institute some rules to name the teams so I don't have to google it.

I can keep it to women players only but couldn’t pass up the opportunity for a vinnie “the microwave” Johnson reference . He was a Baylor Grad that was a key component to the bad boy piston titles. John Gwynn a huskie of same era.

loved John Gwynn, a "give 150% guy", every time.
