In this schemata, I like Arizona as our 2; I don't like Baylor as our 3.

Stinks to be DePaul or Northwestern in those brackets. Doubt the committee would want us meeting Arkansas too early. USF seed not too bad.

Dungee won't be under 37, she'll be W-A-Y under.

In this schemata, I like Arizona as our 2; I don't like Baylor as our 3. Fair, but they'll play each other and as long as we've seen success to that point, we'll only face the winner. Baylor is probably better ... or more dangerous ... than most three seeds, but would you rather face them or NCST or Louisville, or Maryland? No matter how you slice it, Regional championship to make the FF will be a strong opponent. Arkansas and Tennessee are dangerous teams ... not because they're great, but because they're capable of playing great at any time. There is no team in the country that they are incapable of beating ... meanwhile, they may lose in a shocking upset in an early round. This is different from a Terps surprise upset because they're overrated, more like if the shots all fall on that night, or the refereeing goes a certain way, then that team can temporarily act like the best in the country for one game (or half, etc), but they're terribly inconsistent, simultaneously driving their seeding lower and feeding their fan's visions of grandeur into the stratosphere.

On a side note, quite surprised that ND has supposedly, per Charlie, played themselves back into the brackets.

I said as much in the "What's at Stake" thread, predicting that if Notre Dame could beat either Florida State or Louisville, they'd probably get invited.
They did beat Florida State.
They've now got two things going for them (arguably three). First, they are over 500. Had they lost to Florida State and then to Louisville, they'd be under 500, which wouldn't make them ineligible, but it would be a psychological barrier for the committee. They are now guaranteed to be over 500.
They also beat Florida State who beat Louisville, so the Florida State win might get a little extra consideration.
The third thing going for them is that the decision by the Ivy League to forgo the season opens up one additional at-large spot. They are solidly in the bubble, but name recognition, and the existence of at least one more spot will push them over the top.
