Hmm, do I want to see this again? Lots of good plays, lots of missed buckets.

Truth to tell, I watched most of the game warily, with only one eye on it. Then we got to the OT and I couldn't look away. Holy Guacamole, Batman...that 3 pointer of Paige's hung in the air FOREVER on the bounce. Thanks for the post, now I can watch the game in it's entirety.

I have to take back what I posted about ONO.Her 2nd "ill advised" shot was with only 2 seconds left on the shot clock. She didn't have much choice.

Watching this selectively, it's interesting to see how many contested put-backs Boston missed.

Just wanted to make it easy to find. Thankfully, it didn't affect the wonderful result, but I'm wondering how the refs managed to count that three point half court shot at the end of the second quarter. This screen shot shows that the SC player had not yet taken the shot when the clock was already at 0.00.

The shot clock showed 0.5 sec when the shot was in the air.

Yes, no question that heave at the end of the first half was good.

Is it just my iPad, or is the video quality for the replay pretty bad?

View AttachmentBut they super-imposed the clock in the replay and it left her hand at about .7 seconds. Looked good to me at that point I got my shot from the playback on the Internet. Very strange that there would be two completely different videos of the same thing with different times. Of course, the one that was shown on FS1 and viewed by the refs is not available on the Internet (at least to my knowledge). As a retired judge, I'd say that my screen shot of the SC player holding the ball at 0.00 time on the clock is pretty good evidence that she shot late. But the Huskies won the game so it doesn't really matter except to make me wonder about the accuracy of the time clock images.
