Happy for her if it works out for her. Hard to believe, especially for ND.

On a team that plays a lot of zone she would be a weapon. I've always thought she should have focused on Volleyball.

Run and gun then press press and more press. Exactly what has she shown that would create any interest by either team? I know tall is good, but tall and indifference not so much.

Well Tennessee is mad about Maya Moore and Momma E (Evina Westbrook) so they just want her to spite UConn. ND? your guess is as good as mine.

Coaches always think they can get more out of a player that underachieved. Like they say, you can't teach height. But she just doesn't seem to have the internals.

What happened to everyone wanting all of the best for Amari ? Doubtful, but it sure would be fun listening to people if she went to ND , or anywhere else and suddenly blossomed. I am still waiting and hoping there are no new injuries that we don't know about yet, as happened last season.

For whatever reason, she didn't take to the UConn system, but that isn't to say she won't fit into another coach's system. Once a Husky, always a Husky - even if they become Irish or a Lady Vol.

Not sure what makes you think they aren’t.

Has a UConn player ever ended up as a Vol?

I was just shocked by the timing. There are obviously many things with Amari behind the scenes we don't know. I was wondering how close to graduation Amari is ? Will she really connect with another team ? Maybe a mid major closer to home and closer to some other interest of hers ?

There was anther that was publicly canned by Auriemma. I'm sure there were more.

Happy for her if it works out for her. Hard to believe, especially for ND. Well, Natalie Marshall, 6'5" of ND has entered the portal. I'll take that swap.
