Although Gabby rimmed a couple of shots from the outside her shooting stroke appeared improved, her ball handling somewhat improved with her head up and good court vision on a fast break.

Gabby with a handle and a mid range shot would would make UConn untouchable. She is already UConn's second best one on one defender, IMO.

There is lots to like in this very upbeat article. I am pleased to hear everyone is comfortable with everyone and just spending hang time. Competition for playing time can have things go south fast. Hopefully UConn will "as a unit" be focused on the never before attained prize of 4 in a row.

Spirited overview. I remember the "leadership crisis" last year, in the wake esp. of Stef's departure. It seems there is no problem this year, with Mo finding her voice and Stewie too. I think there will still be a kind of leadership by duo, but that Mo will have the reins. When are the captains named, or has that happened?
