We need something to talk about while the Big East takes their sweet time in announcing the women's conference schedule.
I think I need to take a snapshot of this and see how much it changes between now and the NCAA tourney.

Wow! Ohio state a 1 seed?
South Carolina, Maryland, and Notre dame all in the UConn region? 😬
I would say Notre dame is too low as a 3 seed. But the Olivia miles injury is so mysterious. It is hard for me to say.
Also, the big east with 4 bids seems about right. I could see it being 2 bids though; we will see.

I am saving these as they come out so I can look back as the season goes along to see how much Charlie changes. I cannot see all three of them staying in UConn's region.

Looks like Ole' Charlie had quite the game of darts assigning teams to regions. Ohio State got off easy. Iowa got bulletin board material. Bet that our region looks nothing like this bracket come March.

Looks like Stanford took a huge dive, but considering what they lost, might be right.

Even Charlie knows these will change. But, he has to start somewhere. Still, I think his bias still shows.

Brink could make a run at NPOY imo
(It will probably be Clark.)

Nothing could be finer than defeating Maryland and South Cockroachland twice during the coming season; followed by slamming LSU, Mulkey and Reese in the title game. It'll be wonderful to not have to receive the Natty trophy from airhead Emmert anymore.... Thank you, Challie for writing the perfect script..... ......beware because Vapid is surely lurking nearby???

Too many teams in our bracket are in our regular season schedule.

Azzi could also make a run at POY with all those sweet passes from Paige.
And of course, we can't forget KK! Just kidding all right!

It would be fun seeing Duke (Lawson) vs TN in the second round (assuming TN can get past Hawaii).

Well, why not; let's get the Lady Vol fans thinking they're going to win 6 straight and humble them in game 2. GOOD IDEA!!

In the same spirit (nothing else to do) I compared Creme's top 16 to Massey's preseason list. The disagreements between Massey and ESPN are clear. The Portland teams are listed above the Albany teams. The number after each team is their projected Massey ranking to start this coming season. [PORTLAND 3]UCLA 19 Iowa 5 Tenn 12 Baylor 17 [PORTLAND 4]tOSU 15 Utah 16 Miss 25 Louis 11 [ALBANY 2]UConn 3 SCar 1 NDame 13 MD 6 [ALBANY 1] LSU 7 VTech 9 Indiana 4 Stanford 2 Massey Nos, 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 9,13 are in Albany while Nos. 5, 11, 12, 15, 16, 19, 25 are all in Portland. My speculation is that nothing has changed and Creme's only objective is to create interest, along with ESPN's preference to east coast games due to the time zones. If UConn, NDame, SCar & LSU are playing a double-header ESPN doesn't want the games to start at 10PM and 1AM EDT. masseyratings.com/cbw/ncaa-d1/ratings

The reaction of KK when she was told that LSU is ranked above UConn:
