So it looks like 1. S. Carolina 2. Stanford 3. Indiana 4. UCONN 5. Ohio St. 6. LSU 7. Notre Dame 8. Iowa

The elite 8, however it shakes out, is going to be tough.

I have to say, I'm not in love with the bracket we are in at the moment, but it will all change like water for weeks to come any way.

Gotta give it to the Hoosiers, already knocked off Maryland and Michigan in addition to Ohio State. They have rematches with the Wolverines and Buckeyes coming up as well as two games with Iowa. Teri Moran has done a great job building that program up.

Teri Moran has done a great job building that program up. Yes, and they were without their leader - Grace Berger - for about a month. Their freshman - Garzon - is also really good.

The elite 8, however it shakes out, is going to be tough. Usually is.

Ohio State in the elite eight would be really interesting. If they have Sheldon back. Because they would try to press us and wear us down all game. It would be a high scoring affair for sure.
Louisville potentially in the second round I like. Revenge for last year. NC State rematch maybe. And then Ohio State. All in my preferred destination, Seattle.
Sounds good to me.

This is kind of anticlimactic isn't it?
Ignoring the distinct likelihood the Creme is wrong, his change in projections mean that, if chalk prevails, instead of meeting Ohio State in a game in Seattle, UConn will… meet Ohio State in a game in Seattle

They have a really good freshman who was their leading scorer yesterday against Indian, but she fouled out in the 4th qtr.

From today's Bracketology:
Not exactly a vote of confidence. He points out UConn's top 25 NET wins but ignores their NET ranking (2). He, and ESPN are still fixated on Fudd and Ducharme. Alexa dedicated most of an entire paragraph to the missing players. Why doesn't he do a deep analysis of LSU? How many current top 25 NET teams have they even played? One, Alabama. CC would say they deserve a one seed for "dominating" their SEC opponents.

Small the margin of error is huh? I guess they are talking about the second quarter?
It is amazing that speculation like this is more important than the actual resume.
