flipping the bird at a camera is definitely bad form. is it cause for revoking a scholarship? to my mind, not if other athletes can be arrested and continue on. so...
If a girl flips off a camera, she gets kicked out; but a guy can steal a car, be arrested for driving without a license and under the influence (and underage) and just be suspended for a couple of games. I reference here James Booknight. And there have been several other men's team players arrested and let off with barely a slap on the wrist.
UCONN needs to FIX THIS NOW.

The inequities are everywhere. Like the totally drunk insider trading husband of a thieving congresswoman getting a walk. Besides, a finger is just a means of expression.

How ironic because I was thinking about Congress just yesterday? What other governing body is permitted to raise their own overly generous salary year after year; yet minimize the minimum wage for 13 years? Not to mention the insider trading casino they exist in without any legal repercussions? It's better than being a king, you don't have to show up for work and your staff does everything for you?

Unfortunately dead on @ken. Government "service" is a corrupt money machine, was, and will always be. The scale has gotten way out of hand.
