I think there is a determination to try to make the girls stronger and more durable this season. And the idea is that will reduce injuries.
I just think of that clip of Geno telling Paige to get in the weight room.

The team can't "officially" practice for at least another week, per NCAA rules. So Hudy is getting them ready for the real deal with Geno, CD, etc. At least we et to see them do SOMETHING or than funny videos....also probably why Geno isn't talking about the team individually. The paper tiger of the NCAA does bite occasionally.

Yes. The new rule means different teams have different days. In the olden days, it was a single date for all teams |
