To further prove your excellent point; Seattle defeated Lost Vegas today with 3 former Huskies contributing mightily. Stewie scored 24 points, grabbed 6 rebounds and blocked 3 shots. Tina Charles scored 13 points and grabbed 18 boards. Sue Bird had 12 assists and 0 turnovers. Gabby Williams was out because of a concussion, but she'll likely be back on Wednesday. HUSKIES RULE!! www.wnba.com/game/20220828/SEALVA/And Tennesseans did what? Oh, that's right; NOTHING.......... ...........

Kiah Stokes was pretty good for the Aces, too.

I saw the Storm beat the Aces in game one. I have to be honest. That would be a massive disappointment for the Aces to lose that series.
It was kind of a down year for Seattle imo. Vegas will be kicking themselves if they can’t pull it out.

I hope so, but she would rather win the WNBA Championship for her team and Most Outstanding Player (MOP) for herself. Back in 2020 during the 'bubble' season, Wilson edged her out for MVP; But Stewie & Seattle swept Vegas in the WNBA semi-finals. Here's the 2020 playoffs stats and nobody really came close to Breanna's domination for the 6 games she and her team played. They won all 6 of their games. Diana Taurasi played great, but only for 2 games. Candace Parker had a greater efficiency, but only for 1 game. stats.wnba.com/leaders/?SeasonType=Playoffs&Season=2020Here's the 2020 regular season stats and Stewie and Wilson had very similar numbers, but Wilson won the award. I would have chosen Stewie for her 3 point shooting (Wilson had none), her better defense, her slightly higher Efficiency & assists and because she was coming back off of major surgery. Very close numbers though. stats.wnba.com/leaders/?SeasonType=Regular%20Season&Season=2020

But, as the saying goes...beauty is only skin deep. It is her attitude that I have issues with.

UConn owns both sides of the ball (Tina and Kiah) And also the announcers. Just ask Tenn how UConn stole Maya from them. BTW, fantastic analysis by Rebecca!

Anyone else wonder why they picked a picture when each Defensive superstar is dribbling? Maybe it's me, but both of them have enough highlight-reel steals and blocks available to make them relatively easy to procure.
