Absolutely one of the most committed Team USA coaches for quite a while, not always in the most prominent role. Good for her. When she was a UConn player, there really wasn't a Rutgers / UConn rivalry - and we were just becoming fans - and she was one of my favorite players. Oddly enough, her counterpart at Tennessee, Michelle Marciniak, was my other "pre-Rutgers" favorite.

Interestingly, Adia Barnes has recently been getting some "love" from USA basketball.
