I watched the Spain - France game. I don't see how Spain will keep it less then a double digit loss. They do have speedy guards but will get killed inside. The USA will just wear them down.

I'll watch and provide my usual commentary and inappropriate references to the Spanish Inquisition...  FYI... cumulative stats of interest: 1. Azzi shooting 10-17 from three range... that's 59% for the English majors in the crowd...  2. Amari is 6-9 or 67%... very limited minutes..(32) 3. Fudd with 17 assists (3rd) and only 2 turnovers..! 4. Clark is 20-50 overall... 40%.. also has 27 assists (1st) 5. USA with 421 points in just 4 games... goulash for everyone..!! 6. Free throw shooting only 61%, but no matter.. GO USA..!! |

USA up 4-0 all on frfee throws... Spain game plan is to foul shooters...
USa now 9-9 from free throw line... score is 11-2

20-4...starting toget a bit chippy...don't think Spain is used to getting beat like this...

very sloppy.. 33-27... USA has gone cold... Azzi with 0 shots...

33-27 midway through the 2nd. 8 US to's while Espana has 7 offensive boards. US shooting 66% but Spain has taken 32 shots and the US 18. Fudd with 4 assists but hasn't taken a shot as her team mates pretty much ignore her on offense.
