The use of "Mount Rushmore" to designate the best players is just silly. Why are we limiting it to 4 players? It's basketball. It should be the top 5. Or 1st team UConn and 2nd team UConn. Well if we're going 1st team/2nd team by position.
1st 1 - Bird/Jefferson (your choice) 2 - DT 3 - Moore 4 - Stewart 5 - Charles
2nd 1 - Bird/Jefferson (whoever wasn't in your 1st team) 2 - Sales 3 - Sveta 4 - Lobo 5 - Dolson (would be my choice, but I'm sure some would go with Wolters)
If we were just going 1-10 no positions, I'd drop Dolson (and Wolters) and add......Bascom? Rizzotti?
As for Non-Wall players?
Nurse, Elliott, Dangerfield, (Jones? Hayes? Faris?)

There have been so many outstanding players that you could easily do a third team as well! BTW......If our historical presidents worked half as hard, as smart and as honestly as these amazing UConn Women; we'd need 46 on Mt Rushmore........ ... approximately 46 ... LOL ... Ever so carefully not stepping over "the line" into taboo territory Perhaps Lincoln, Washington or a Roosevelt we be there 2X.......

We are so lucky to be UConn fans! Napheesa can’t even crack the top ten. Kara and Jen were national players of the year.

my all time fav guard is still... wait for it...
Rita Williams!!!
after 'Kesha went down, she carried a crippled team all the way to the elite 8. Never got her props, never got her NC, but believe me, she was great. No one even remembers her now, as she was between Jen and Sue. But I do. I sure do.
